KB Realty is a real estate developer based in Mathura and Vrindavan. Our promoter family has been in business here since 1973, first in jewellery and bullion, then in real estate and plotting from 2000, with more than twenty years of construction experience behind it.
We build where we live. That gives us long-standing relationships with customers, landowners and local stakeholders, and it means our reputation is not something we can pack up and take elsewhere.

When we put the KB Realty name on a piece of land, we are not just launching a project. We are placing four generations of trust on that soil.
Our family began its journey in 1973 with a simple promise in the jewellery business: a customer should never have to doubt the purity of what they are buying. That belief in purity, transparency and fairness is the same foundation on which KB Realty stands today.
